Easy Greek Yogurt Bagels

Try Ashley's version of the trendy Greek yogurt bagels.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose or almond flour

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice

  • 1 egg for egg wash

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning, cinnamon, and/or other seasonings of choice

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and yogurt until combined and knead into a big ball

  2. Section dough into 4-5 pieces

  3. Form the dough into 4-5 bagels or a 12 bagel ball bites

  4. Brush egg wash onto each bagel

  5. Season with choices like everything but the bagel seasoning or cinnamon

  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; don’t overcook

  7. Enjoy fresh and decorate however you please with cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, jam, etc.
