About the Recipe
Try Ashley's version of the trendy Greek yogurt bagels.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose or almond flour
1 cup Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
1 egg for egg wash
2 tsp baking powder
Everything but the bagel seasoning, cinnamon, and/or other seasonings of choice
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour and yogurt until combined and knead into a big ball
Section dough into 4-5 pieces
Form the dough into 4-5 bagels or a 12 bagel ball bites
Brush egg wash onto each bagel
Season with choices like everything but the bagel seasoning or cinnamon
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; don’t overcook
Enjoy fresh and decorate however you please with cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, jam, etc.
