I've been on both sides of the weight spectrum. Overweight and uncomfortable and severely underweight and lost. Now, I'm healthy and happy in between. Having gone from lows to highs, I thrive on helping others find their happy place because we all deserve to feel secure in our bodies.

You don't have to feel unhappy in your skin. You don't have to restrict yourself. You can have a social life and feel great inside & out too. You can find that confidence again by knowing you are making positive decisions for your health & for your lifestyle.

My 1:1 Weight Loss Coaching program (link here) is all about creating healthy habits, not restrictions. All meal programs are customized with a flexible approach, 85% foods nutritious in value and the leftover for your indulgences, so you can have the foods you LOVE. My goal with all my clients is for them to experience what I like to call food freedom-where you can actually get to the point where you have 1 or 2 cookies and 1 or 2 glasses of wine and not the entire box or bottle.

You’ll be able to enjoy life's events without feeling restricted, deprived, or anxious about it. If you have an event coming up-a girl's weekend, guys outing, a night out, a wedding, I’ll help you plan around that so you can have fun and be super present but also not go “HAM” and feel like you’re ruining your results.

That is how I've been able to create a lifestyle with long lasting results. If I can do it, you can do. You just need systems that work, accountability for support, consistency, time and patience.

Like most New Year’s Resolutions, mine included losing weight.

Many times I tried and many times I failed, but this year was going to be different. Just before January 1st, I emailed Ashley Legg inquiring into her 30 day challenge. She replied back with other options that she also offered.  I chose her Nutrition and Online Fitness Program and began on January 1st. It has been 7 weeks and I have already lost 17 pounds. Her plans are not cookie cutter, they are individualized and she easily changes them as my goals change. Normally I would have given up after 2 weeks, but Ashley is there for constant support.  Her encouraging words give me that push I need daily.  I feel healthier and stronger than I have in years.  I still have aa ways to go to have the body I want, but I know with Ashley right there giving me that push, I can finally reach my goals.
