Ingredients
2 whole grain wraps or Siete Almond Flour Wraps
Shredded chicken or lean ground beef
Shredded Cheese
Frontera green or red enchilada sauce
Cilantro
Shredded Lettuce
Fage Greek Yogurt
Salsa
Olives
Preparation
Roll 2oz of Chicken in each Siete Wrap
Used 1oz shredded cheese between 2 shells & saved some to sprinkle on top
Added 1 tbsp Frontera Green Enchilada sauce in each shell and drizzled 1 tbsp on top
(you could def experiment making your own sauce)
4. Add Cilantro
5. Baked at 375 for 25 min
(mine got a little burnt because there will only 2 shells but still so good)
6. Topped with 2 tbsp Fage Greek yogurt
7. Add Shredded lettuce for more greens
8. Drizzled Salsa on top, ENJOY!
