Healthier Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 whole grain wraps or Siete Almond Flour Wraps

  • Shredded chicken or lean ground beef

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Frontera green or red enchilada sauce

  • Cilantro

  • Shredded Lettuce

  • Fage Greek Yogurt

  • Salsa

  • Olives

Preparation

  1. Roll 2oz of Chicken in each Siete Wrap

  2. Used 1oz shredded cheese between 2 shells & saved some to sprinkle on top

  3. Added 1 tbsp Frontera Green Enchilada sauce in each shell and drizzled 1 tbsp on top

        (you could def experiment making your own sauce)

  4. Add Cilantro

  5. Baked at 375 for 25 min

      (mine got a little burnt because there will only 2 shells but still so good)

  6. Topped with 2 tbsp Fage Greek yogurt

  7. Add Shredded lettuce for more greens

  8. Drizzled Salsa on top, ENJOY!
