Try this twist on alfredo for a healthier version of the classic dish.

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews [soaked in water overnight]
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp rosemary
Preparation
Drain and rinse cashews
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Add sauce to recipe and/or store in the fridge for up to 5 Days
