A cost-effective way to make hummus your way.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 15 oz cans of chickpeas

  • Save 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the drained liquid

  • 1/2 cup Tahini

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • Salt to Taste

Preparation

  • Add all your ingredients to your blender and mix well until you get your preferred consistency. 

  • You can store this hummus in the fridge for 5-7 days.
