I often get questions about whether or not protein powder will make you lose weight or gain weight or if a fat burner is the answer to drop the extra 10 pounds you want to lose. I’m here to tell you there’s no such thing as a magic pill or shake. Losing weight and/or gaining weight is going to come down to nutrition and activity. YOU DON'T NEED SUPPLEMENTS to make progress.
